How long does delivery take?

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also WhatsApp us at the number on our Contact page for real-time updates.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹99 shipping fee applies for orders below ₹999.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Please email us at verythatgirl@gmail.com immediately.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached. Sale items are non-returnable.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and verify the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Are the product colours accurate?

We do our best to show accurate colours in our photos. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting in photography.

How do I find my size?

Each product page has a size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. You can also reach out to us for personalized sizing advice.
